- Name change fees waived: »¨¼¾ÊÓƵ travelers who have booked a flight on United through one of »¨¼¾ÊÓƵ's travel agencies may use the value of that unused ticket (less applicable change fees) towards the purchase of a new ticket in the name for another »¨¼¾ÊÓƵ employee. Please note that Egencia customers will need to call an Egencia agent to take advantage of this benefit, so an Egencia fee will also apply (see the Travel Agency Fees page for fee information).
- Cancellation without penalty: Our partnership with United Airlines allows you to cancel a reservation without penalty if the flight is cancelled within 48 hours after the reservation was made.
- 48-hour fare guarantee: »¨¼¾ÊÓƵ travelers who have booked a flight on United through one of »¨¼¾ÊÓƵ's travel agencies can request that a reservation which is being held (but not yet ticketed) be guaranteed for up to 48 hours. This request needs to be made in the initial 24-hour period after booking and should be done at the time of booking if possible. Egencia customers should select the option for "Temporarily reserve flight" in the booking path and call an Egencia agent with the itinerary number, who will then extend the hold period. Please note that since travelers will need to call an Egencia agent to take advantage of this benefit, an Egencia fee will also apply (see the Travel Agency Fees page for fee information).
