Norris Student Employee Hiring
Only AFTER you are offered a position at Norris, you must complete these two steps:
1) Employee Hiring Packet
- Norris Student Employee Hiring Packet (PDF) - this packet can be completed and submitted in-person or electronically. You can also see the Norris Payroll Specialist on the 3rd Floor if you'd like to pick up a packet or complete it in person.
2) Background Check (if applicable)
- Student employees working in the following areas may require a background check: ARTica, Game Room, Norris Outdoors, Mini Courses, Cashier's Office, or Center Desk. Your supervisor or the Norris Payroll Specialist will inform you if this is needed and if so, will provide you with instructions.

- Student Work-Study Allotment look-up Instructions (PDF) - Students can check the amount left over in their allotments, at any time throughout the year, using CAESAR. (Use Aid Year 2020)
- NU Work-Study
Workforce Software (WFS)
- is used by biweekly-paid regular staff, temporary employees, and student employees to log hours each pay period.

myHR
- The myHR Self Service Portal is your interactive employment hub, allowing you to review and manage your information as a 花季视频 employee.
